Description

DCL-10GE/40GE is powered by 24VDC and proportional controlled by 4-20mA or 2-10V input control signal. DC brushless motor has lots of advantage for actuator. Permanent magnet rotor makes the motor’s temperature rising is 20℃ lower than AC motor. Its frequently start-up causes very few fever. Actuator can reach 1200 times per hour operation with large start-up torque and strong overload capacity.

Moreover, DC brushless motor is non-mechanical friction and can provide reverse electromagnetic brake function. When positioning, the speed of motor will automatically slow down when set value is approaching, to improve positioning accuracy(error is less than ±1%) with lower vibration.

When valve is jammed and needs larger torque than normal, GE type actuator will automatically reverse back a bit, then rotate with lower speed and larger torque to push valve forward valve until valve move smoothly to normal speed.
