• Duty rate is 70%, S2 short time duty with continuous operation less than 15mins and S4 intermittent type operation with 1200times/hour.

Description

DCL explosion proof electric actuators are widely used in potential environment of flammable and explosive, such as petroleum, chemical, power plant, liquid gas, winery and metallurgy etc. To ensure workers are away from danger, explosion proof is a must. For different industries, zones and divisions, different explosion proof grade is required.

Actuators with ExdIICT4 and Group C, D T4 grade can be used in 90% explosive gas atmospheres except for colliery. The maximum surface temperature of actuator is less than 135℃ and 300.6F during severe duty applications. Over 10 years of safety operations in China, now all series anti explosion actuators have passed rigorous test process of CSA and been certified in 2022.
